Raw Materials & Formulation

Our Grinding process involves 2 steps . First grinding will be Coarse and using Hammer mill. Second grinding will be fine and using Ultrafine-Pulveriser.

Raw materials that are not required to grind,  Grinded materials from previous step, and fish oil ,additives will be mixed in Mixer, Our mixing process achieves CV<=5%

Pelleting is process of making High density Pellets, We use technologically best imported pelletmill for this purpose. 

 

For floating Fish feed we use imported Extruder to make Low density floating pellets.

Pelleting&Extrudring

>

Drying is process of removing additional moisture from Pelleted and Extruded Pellets for Storage

 

Post conditioning is specially for Shrimp feed to improve stability.

Drying&Postconditioning

>

Dryed pellets will be Cooled using Counter-flow cooling and Packaged to different size packs for Tranpotation and Storage.
